Industrial pop duo patten's Kaleidoscope imprint is entering a newly prolific phase. The project that brought out the first Karen Gwyer release, Sculpture's Slime Code, the Retakes EP from Orphan and key work from artists as diverse as Aldous RH, Benedict Drew, ALAK and Yearning Kru, with many going on to release with labels including Software, No Pain In Pop, and Planet Mu. Actual Magic's debut LP is the second in the imprint's Aether Editions series of digital-first releases. The Aether Editions series was launched back in 2008 with Arch M's cult recording 'Mountain Tan Commercials' and we pick up now 8 years later for the second Aether Edition, with many more coming very soon.
